Cooking with kids: Olympic Torches

Looking for a way to get your children excited about the Olympics?  Or at least keep them occupied so you can enjoy watching a match or two?  Sally's Olympic Torch desserts are sure to put a smile on everyone's face!  Here's what you'll need:

Olympic Torches (2 servings)
2 ice cream cones/cake cups
1 container of orange, peach or apricot sorbet (you won't use the whole container)
1 ripe nectarine

1. Slice nectarines into thin slivers
2. Scoop sorbet into ice cream cones, making sure that the there's an even mound of sorbet on top
3. Working quickly, arrange the nectarines around the sorbet to look like flames
4. Parade around the room like you're an Olympic athlete and enjoy!
