Sally turns the big 3-0 today and is in a reflective mood. Standout memories from her twenties consist of: a year in Spain, graduating from college in the corn fields of Indiana, moving to San Francisco, sharing an apartment with 2 awesome ladies, cooking and baking up a storm, figuring out the whole 9-5 thing, dating a few immature turds, finally dating a really really good guy, marrying him, becoming part of another rad family, attending side-splittingly fun weddings and bachelorette parties, becoming an aunt to 10 incredible nieces and nephews, fun road trips and vacations, and having fits of laughter with Specky while writing not one, but two blogs. The twenties were every bit as fun as imagined and, yet...the thirties seem like they're going to be even better.
For those of us well past our early 20's - can you imagine going back to being 21 for just one day! Holy hell! Personally speaking, we didn't know our asses from our elbows most days of the week!
