A while ago, we came across the novel idea of not complaining. It sounds so simple, right? Well...we found it to be a bit trickier in practice. Not complaining helps you to focus on what really matters, rather than the little stuff that often gets in our way and, yet, doesn't really carry that much weight. Of course we all need to vent, but it's nice to let go of some of the minor annoyances of life. Try it for a week and see what you think!
